Story
I am Running the Plymouth Half Marathon in memory of my Dad Fred 'Topper' Frost who sadly passed away on the 22nd October 2013 after suffering a Stroke.
This was a great loss to me and my family and not a day goes by without me thinking of him.
I have chosen the Plymouth Half Marathon to run as this is where my Dad spent many a Saturday afternoon watching Plymouth Argyle play.
